Cheese scones for breakfast. I do not find them as satisfying as I once did. I used to have them all the time for breakfast. Sometimes I had egg and cheese McMuffins from McDonalds and V drink's. My eating has definitely improved this year, but still have a way to go.

What can I say....Friday paved the way for a really terrible eating weekend. I did not track my food after about midday on Saturday.

I did not exercise either other than walking around Sylvia Park. Tuesday means less than 6 weeks until the holiday.
