Branched out and tried a new favour of my favourite yoghurt. Dark Plum by Collective Dairy. So, so good! Apparently their new flavour is going to be Tart Cherry...cannot wait!

Eating was not as good yesterday and I ended up having bread at dinner and then milo before bed. *sigh* 
 
Because we have NOT been getting up to go to the gym in the mornings I made the decision to go after work. It was pretty good. However, I realise that in order to burn about 500 calories a day with exercise I either have to exercise twice or longer or work harder. mmmmm. Eventhough 287 calories is better than nothing it is still not enough to shift the excess weight.
